Hi, I’m Lauren Bradley — a life coach for women, executive consultant, and founder of Heirrise, a coaching and consulting firm dedicated to helping women and organizations rise in purpose, strategy, and spiritual alignment.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and a Juris Doctor, foundations that have shaped my passion for justice, equity, and holistic leadership. For over 15 years, I’ve served in ministry as a worship leader and Bible teacher, guiding communities in faith, worship, and spiritual growth.
My professional experience spans government, non-profit, and corporate sectors, giving me a unique perspective to help organizations and individuals navigate complex systems while advancing justice, inclusion, and sustainable impact. Since 2017, I’ve empowered young women transitioning out of foster care, helped launch the Recovery Resource Center in Birmingham, AL, served in the Office of Social Justice and Racial Equity, and served as a lawyer in employment and family law— blending expertise in public health, law, ministry, and leadership to create meaningful transformation.
